The Audiologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with hearing, balance, and related disorders for patients of all ages.

This role works closely with our ENT physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care, from initial diagnostic testing through hearing aid fitting and ongoing patient management.We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist to join our growing clinical team and help our patients achieve better hearing health and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, and otoacoustic emissions (OAE) testingInterpret test results and prepare clear, accurate clinical documentation and reports for physiciansCollaborate with ENT physicians on diagnosis and treatment planning for patients with hearing loss, balance disorders, and related conditionsEvaluate, select, fit, and program hearing aids and assistive listening devicesProvide hearing aid counseling, orientation, and follow-up care, including troubleshooting and adjustmentsEducate patients and families on hearing loss, hearing protection, and device careMaintain and calibrate audiological equipment per manufacturer and regulatory standardsStay current with advances in audiology through continuing education and professional developmentEnsure compliance with HIPAA, state licensure requirements, and practice policies What We Offer Comprehensive Health Benefits (Medical,Dental, and Vision)Health Savings Account (HSA)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Short & Long Term DisabilityHolidays & Paid Time Off (PTO)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
