Store Director (WLYN)

Title Store Director Location Wedge Lyndale Purpose of Position The Store Director is responsible for carrying the co-op's strategic plan from the co-op's leadership team into the retail location they lead and incorporating it into all aspects of daily store operations.

The Store Director will lead all staff who work in the store, ensuring staff know what is expected of them, that they have the tools to be successful in their roles and that everyone in the store is working in support of the co-op's mission.

They will ensure smooth daily store operations, prompt and friendly customer service, implementation of co-op wide merchandising and marketing plans, and a well-maintained store appearance.

The Store Director coordinates with their direct reports to ensure department operations are effective and meet Co-op standards.

They will work with all direct reports to ensure fairness and equity for policy adherence.

The Store Director helps create a positive work environment and develops positive and effective work relationships with direct reports.

They ensure all departments meet customer service, sales, margins, and labor goals.

The Store Director supports the co-op's commitment to being a diverse, equitable and inclusive place to shop and work.

They will work to achieve the goals, objectives, and standards in alignment with TCCP's mission and supports the goals and strategies of the CEO.

Develop annual strategic plans that support co-op wide plans for the coming year.

Engage store leadership team and staff in the process.

Collaborate with marketing and purchasing departments to develop meaningful and seasonal promotional plans that contribute to TCCP's overall marketing and merchandising goals.

Coordinate operations between and among store departments.

Ensure communication within the store and with TCCP is effective.

Coordinate all aspects of store work with centralized TCCP administrative departments.
