Position Title: Senior Manager/ DGM - R&D

Education: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) with 6 - 8 years of experience

Location: Vadodara

Key Deliverables:

1.

Life Cycle Management of Air Circuit Breakers
2.

Problem Solving, Product Improvement, Mechanical stress analysis/ simulations, Mechanism Design & calculations.
3.

Value Engineering, Customer complaint Analysis, New Product Development
4.

Working with cross functional team (Quality, Engineering, Production)
5.

Improvement in Production line FTY, customer dpm

Functional Competencies

1.

PTC Creo 3D modelling, 3D model assembly & drawing, cad simulations, mechanism simulations, stress analysis of Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs).
2.

Engineering drawings preparations, working in SAP, SAP-PLM, SAP-PPM
3.

Expertise in FTA, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, GD&T, Tolerance Stack-up,
4.

Collaborative working with cross functions like Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning Teams.
5.

Knowledge of ISO standards, IEC standards IEC 60947-1, IEC 60947-2 etc.
