Job Summary: Clintar is looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscape Construction & Enhancement Crew Member to join our team.

The ideal candidate has some experience in landscaping, construction, or other outdoor work and is comfortable working with hand tools, power equipment, and landscape materials.

This is a hands-on position working alongside a crew to complete landscape maintenance, enhancement, and construction projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities: Assist with a variety of landscape construction and enhancement projects, including planting, mulching, pruning, garden installation, interlock and stone work, grading, decking, fencing, and other landscape features.

Perform manual labour including moving soil, mulch, stone, plants, and other landscape materials.

Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, installation, and clean-up as directed.

Operate a variety of landscaping and construction tools and equipment, including blowers, trimmers, pruning equipment, compactors, and other hand and power tools.

Assist with the safe loading, unloading, transportation, and organization of tools, equipment, and materials.

Work safely around trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and other machinery.

Follow instructions from the Crew Lead, Foreman, or Supervisor and complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for Company tools and equipment.

Inspect tools and equipment before use and report any damage, defects, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Identify and immediately report workplace hazards, unsafe conditions, incidents, injuries, or near misses.

Follow all Company policies and procedures, including applicable health and safety requirements and the proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with coworkers, supervisors, and customers while working on site.

Assist with general landscape maintenance duties as required, including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, raking, and property clean-up.

Perform other duties related to landscape maintenance, enhancement, and construction as assigned.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Previous experience in landscaping, construction, horticulture, or general labour is an asset.
