Team Lead

Neroli Salon & Spa Mequon, part of Edgeless Beauty Group, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader to support our General Manager in building a team that consistently delivers a 5-star guest experience.

What we offer: 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts A team-first culture built on Teamwork, Passion, and Growth -- with room to advance within Edgeless Beauty Group What you'll do: Act as frontline leader, setting the tone for exceptional guest service and high performance at the retail desk Oversee daily store operations, including guest check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, payment processing, and opening/closing procedures Assist in scheduling, onboarding, training, and mentoring new hires to ensure a consistent guest experience Lead and coach non-technical team members to support their growth and elevate overall team performance Drive retail performance by setting, tracking, and achieving individual and team sales goals Maintain strong product knowledge across Aveda and Ultraceuticals to support team education and guest recommendations Conduct regular performance assessments (10/10s) for non-technical team members, offering constructive feedback and development opportunities Ensure concierge services and Aveda rituals are consistently delivered, maintaining guest amenities and building strong guest relationships Facilitate Aveda Advisor Team meetings, in-person and virtually, to keep communication and training on track What you'll bring: Leadership or management experience (salon/spa or retail preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for guest service Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing front-line support to team members and guests Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday If you're passionate about the beauty and wellness industry and thrive in a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you -- apply today, even if you don't check every box!
