Bermuda Village Retirement Community is seeking a dependable and customer-service-focused Part-Time Valet to join our Concierge team.

Position Details Position: Valet Status: 1 Part-Time available Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: Weekend availability required Department: Concierge Location: Independent Living Reports To: Director of Resident Services Pay: Hourly / Non-Exempt Position Overview The Valet provides exceptional service to our residents and guests by assisting with parking, retrieving vehicles, and creating a safe, welcoming, and positive experience throughout the community.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet and welcome residents, guests, families, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide professional valet services, including parking and retrieving resident vehicles.

Open vehicle doors and assist residents and guests with luggage or other heavy items.

Assist with delivering packages, food, luggage, and other items.

Shuttle residents to and from appointments, the airport, and other transportation needs.

Maintain the lobby and surrounding areas in a clean and organized manner.

Answer phones appropriately and professionally.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.

Provide courteous and professional service while prioritizing resident safety and satisfaction.

Work responsibly both independently and as part of a team.

Maintain confidentiality and respect the rights and privacy of residents and others.

Follow all regulations and requirements regarding resident rights.

Perform other duties as assigned.
