The Opportunity:

You will play a hands-on role in supporting daily jobsite operations across active residential build sites.

This entry-level position offers direct mentorship and clear pathways to advance into skilled trades or field leadership.

You will work within a supportive team environment backed by over five years of guaranteed future project work.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free residential work site by clearing materials and debris.


* Assist trade specialists with staging tools, mixing materials, and preparing work areas daily.


* Load, unload, and safely transport jobsite materials to support ongoing construction workflows.


* Learn and apply proper safety standards, including personal protective equipment compliance on-site.


* Operate basic power tools and equipment under the guidance of experienced site foremen.


* Collaborate closely with site leadership to ensure daily project tasks are completed on time.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a desire to build a career in residential construction.


* Ability to follow verbal safety instructions and collaborate effectively within a team environment.


* Physical capability to handle active, hands-on field tasks throughout the workday.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior construction site exposure is a plus.


* Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or general jobsite safety procedures.
