The Opportunity:

You will drive commercial electrical construction projects from initial turnover through final closeout across the greater Jacksonville market.

Working within a rapidly growing company that maintains a supportive family feel, you will directly control project profitability, schedules, and team performance.

Your leadership will protect financial outcomes while expanding key industry relationships.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Manage commercial electrical projects from contract award through closeout and warranty phases.


* Establish project budgets, cost codes, labor forecasts, and cost-to-complete projections.


* Negotiate change orders, process submittals, and oversee subcontracts to maximize profitability.


* Conduct jobsite visits to inspect progress, verify safety compliance, and direct field teams.


* Lead project kickoff and turnover meetings with estimating, accounting, and purchasing units.


* Maintain complete documentation including RFIs, billings, cash-flow reports, and schedules.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum of 4 years of commercial electrical project management or field leadership experience in Jacksonville Market.


* Valid driver's license and ability to visit jobsites throughout greater Jacksonville.


* Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, construction methods, and the NEC.


* Core proficiency reading electrical drawings, specifications, contracts, and one-line diagrams.


* Proven experience managing project budgets, labor forecasts, procurement, and billing.


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* 7 or more years of commercial electrical project management or field leadership experience.


* Experience in the Jacksonville, Orlando, or Palm Coast commercial construction markets.


* Hands-on experience with Trimble Vista project management and accounting software.


* Completed Trade Program or Technical Certification.
