The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing nursing team.

We are a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:


* Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


* Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes.


* Perform wound care and other clinical procedures.


* Supervise CNAs and support staff.


* Ensure compliance with care plans and facility policies.


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:


* Active New York State LPN License.


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.


* Strong clinical and assessment skills.


* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.


* Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.

Salary


* Earn up to $42/hour


* $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
