Job Description:
We are searching for the best talent for Healthcare Compliance Manager

Purpose:

The HCC Manager, based in Argentina, supports Healthcare Compliance and risk management activities across the MedTech businesses in South Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, and Ecuador).

This role serves as the primary Healthcare Compliance business partner and point of contact for the Vision business across South Latin America, while also supporting other MedTech businesses within the cluster.

The individual will work closely with commercial and cross-functional leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks while enabling responsible business growth.

The position is responsible for supporting and executing the Healthcare Compliance program in alignment with Johnson & Johnson policies, HCC/HCBI Guidelines, applicable laws and regulations, industry codes, and anti-corruption requirements.

The successful candidate will be expected to act as a strategic business partner, helping teams navigate risk and develop practical, compliant business solutions.

You will be responsible for :


* Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that the HCC program effectively prevents, detects, and addresses potential violations of laws, regulations, industry codes, and Company policies.


* Serve as a trusted business partner by providing practical and risk-based compliance guidance that supports compliant business decision-making.


* Act as the primary Healthcare Compliance point of contact for the Vision business across South Latin America.


* Provide compliance consultation and review of business activities, including interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), educational programs, sponsorships, grants, consulting engagements, CAPEX placements, and other commercial initiatives.


* Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks through a proactive risk management approach.
