Overall purpose of job:

The Processing Services Analyst will support the effective, timely, and compliant execution of procurement, contract management, purchase requisition and purchase order (PR/PO), and payment-related processes within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Türkiye.

The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and the business to ensure operational excellence, process efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will also take ownership of Processing Services channels such as corporate credit card, mobile/data lines, and employee expenses, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations.

Job Description:


* Support end-to-end procurement, purchasing, and payment processes.


* Create, update, and maintain contract records and related documentation.


* Provide ICD contract support and guidance to business stakeholders.


* Create and update account definitions and related master data in APEX and connected systems.


* Monitor and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipts (GRs), and invoice processing activities.


* Manage open PO transactions, payment tracking, invoice-PO mismatches, and RFI responses, escalating unresolved items to the appropriate owner.
