Job summary
As a Senior Associate, Technical Solutions in Card Automation, you will translate business needs into maintainable solutions across data, automation, and collaboration platforms.
You'll work independently to troubleshoot issues, deliver reusable capabilities, and support stakeholders through clear communication and disciplined execution.
Job responsibilities
* Translate business needs into technical requirements and implementable solutions across multiple functions
* Build and scale solutions across data preparation, workflow automation, reporting, and content management use cases
* Develop, maintain, and monitor automation workflows and process improvements with an emphasis on reliability and reuse
* Create and enhance dashboards, operational reporting, and analytics deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
* Extract, transform, validate, and reconcile structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources
* Support SharePoint Online configuration, information architecture, permissions, and governance; assist with migrations and remediation as applicable
* Troubleshoot issues with minimal guidance by identifying root causes, outlining options and trade-offs, and driving fixes to completion
* Document solutions, create runbooks, and contribute to standards and patterns that support consistent delivery
* Manage multiple concurrent requests, communicate status clearly, and coordinate dependencies across stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
* 3 years of relevant experience in technical solutions, automation, data, or platform support/delivery roles
* Ability to operate effectively with ambiguous requirements and drive work through to completion
* Ability to learn new tools and apply them to deliver outcomes across teams
* Working knowledge of data concepts (tables, joins, data quality checks, basic ETL/ELT patterns)
* Experience writing and maintaining code or scripts (e.g., Python, VBA, Java, or similar) to automate tasks or integrate systems
* Ability to communicate effectively and partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
* Experience with one or more of the following: SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, Power Platform, SharePoint Online
* Experience supporting multiple functions and managing competing priorities within a delivery queue
