Clinical Supervisor - (Remote - Indiana)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of employees through cultivation of a high performance team
- Ensure adequate staff coverage for assigned program area
- Serve as subject matter expert for identified area of program knowledge
- Ensure assigned team is meeting contract and individual SLA's, and related requirements
- Work with contract management and shared services to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies
- May attend client and stakeholder meetings
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Supervise and support a team responsible for CMHW referral management, family engagement, and assessment activities

- Monitor quality, productivity, timeliness, and compliance with contract requirements

- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to staff

- Serve as a subject matter expert for CMHW program requirements, children's behavioral health services, and family-centered care

- Support operational improvement initiatives and process standardization

- Collaborate with state partners, internal leadership, quality, training, and operational teams

- Participate in client and stakeholder meetings as needed

- Ensure adequate workload distribution

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of two years of related experience.

- Residency in the state of Indiana

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory, leadership, clinical, behavioral health, social services, care coordination, or related experience

- Minimum two (2) years of experience working with children, youth, adolescents, or families in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, child welfare, education, or a related field

- Experience coaching staff and managing performance in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements

- Experience supporting pediatric, child behavioral health, youth services, child welfare, or family-centered programs

- Experience with Medicaid waiver programs, care coordination, eligibility programs, or community-based behavioral health services

- Knowledge of Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessments.

- Experience with quality management, process improvement, and contract compliance
