OPERATOR MOLD- 1st Shift

Location: 805 S.

6th Street, De Pere, WI 54115

Openings: 3

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


* Sweep and Shovel sand and keep areas clean


* Dry molds after adding wash to molds by spraying or swabbing


* Setting cores in molds


* Pattern removal, help crane operator


* Read and follow process sheets


* Hauling iron


* Core clean up, filing, sanding molds, wash molds, closing molds


* Using basic hand, air tools and hand hoists


* Forklift operation as required


* Weigh down molds


* Prepare core and drag molds for closing

Qualifications:


* High school diploma required.


* Previous experience in a foundry preferred.


* Experience in automatic molding and core-making machines a plus.

Physical Requirements:


* Must be able to stand for long periods of time


* Must be able to tolerate hot working conditions and a loud environment


* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 

Work Schedule


* Must be available to work assigned shifts and overtime as production requirements dictate.


* Occasional weekend work may be required.
