OPERATOR CORE- 1st Shift

Location: 805 S.

6th Street, De Pere, WI 54115

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


* Follow all company safety rules, policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.


* Follow work instructions, production schedules, quality standards, and established operating procedures.


* Inspect cores for any defects and repair cores as needed


* Assemble cores


* Label and identify cores


* Use basic hand tools

Qualifications:


* High School Diploma or GED preferred.


* Previous manufacturing, foundry, metal fabrication, grinding, or finishing experience preferred but not required.


* Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality procedures.


* Good communication and teamwork skills.


* Strong attention to detail and quality.


* Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.


* Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, or jib cranes is beneficial

Physical Requirements:


* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.


* Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motion.


* Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.


* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.


* Ability to work in a loud, warm, dusty industrial environment.


* Ability to safely wear and utilize required personal protective equipment.

Work Schedule


* Must be available to work assigned shifts and overtime as production requirements dictate.


* Occasional weekend work may be required.
