Electrical Install apprentices receive hourly pay between $18-23 per hour.

The Role Our Electrical Install technicians install and replace items within each customer's home.

Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do Use their industry experience to read schematics, perform service installations, alterations, additions, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential electrical industry.

Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship.

Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.

Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.

What You'll Need 6+ Months Residential Industry Experience (Preferred) Proficient with residential electrical systems including lighting, circuits, devices, disconnects, panels, etc.
