We're seeking the right candidate for the position of ADON at Willow Wood Skilled Nursing Facility .

In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications: · Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the nursing department.

· Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of competent department personnel.

· Participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling regular in-service training classes that provide instruction and ensure a well-educated nursing department while keeping up with Federal and State educational requirements.

· Monitors and guide the completion of assessments in a timely manner.

· Schedules and facilitates care plan conferences Facilitates monthly QM meetings · Manages Care Planning Process.

· Assist in developing, presenting, and evaluating education and training for employees.

· Infection prevention, vaccinations, collaboration with other healthcare professionals within and outside of the facility and implement infection prevention education.
