The Security Guard enforces company policies and procedures, responds to incidents, conducts investigations, and supports operational leadership inmaintaininga secure and compliant environment.

Primary Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to) Responsiblefor monitoring TMG facilities via electronic surveillance equipment.Maintainingutmostconfidentialityand integrity.Protecting the safety of the patrons, staff,and company assets through electronic surveillanceandfoot patrolsMaintaininga log ofthe routine tasks performedduringshiftProviding proper building accesstoassociates of TMG with their ID Badge.The Loss Prevention/Security Guard willutilizeobservational resources toobserveactivities in all areas and document activities that rise to the level of concern, such as:Any deviation or issues of non-compliance from the properties policies and procedures.Any unusual or suspicious activity in or on the perimeter of the property.Any unauthorized access to sensitive areas of the property.Any issuesthatmay affect the propertys public imageAny liability issues; andAny other issuethatmay be of importance to the SurveillanceManager, ShiftSupervisor, Property Management, or the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities Maintain effective 24/7 security coverage for assigned locations.Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Support operational goals whilemaintainingloss prevention standards Minimum Qualifications Mustbe authorized toWork in Canada.Previoussecurityorsurveillance experience preferred.Knowledge of surveillance equipmentis preferred.Must have a valid Drivers License with no major infractions.Strongcommunicationskills, both verbal and writtenAptitude for accuracy and detail in their work.Shift workisrequiredas well astheability to sit forlongperiods.Operations are 24/7, and availabilitymust include evenings and weekends.Able to work in extreme inclement weather during emergencies.Strong communi...
