Job Summary The Dispatcheris responsible forsupporting safe, efficient, andtimelypetroleum delivery operations by providing daily pricing information to customers, forecasting customer orders, dispatching orders to NECO Transport Drivers and carriers, andmaintainingaccuratedelivery and billing information.

This role requires professional communication, strong attention to detail, effective problem solving, and collaboration with drivers, customers, vendors, managers, and internal departments to support reliable service and operational success.

Primary Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to) Provide daily pricing information to customers by the required deadline.Dispatch orders to NECO Transport Drivers and carriers with clear instructions.Forecast customer orders, obtain tank readings, and update dispatch plans.Enteraccuratedelivery, billing, pricing, and bill of lading information into required systems.Coordinate with drivers, customers, vendors, Sales, Operations, and other NECO departments.Assistdrivers with loading, delivery, unloading, and service-related issues.Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and operational updates for management as requested.Submit required Customs or broker documents electronically when needed.Support safe dispatch practices andtimelycommunication to helpdriverscomplete deliveries safely.Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Prior dispatch experience, preferably in petroleum dispatch or petroleum customer service.Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn and use dispatch, billing, pricing, and related operational systems.Ability toworkthe ...
