Since 1957, we have served Clackamas County with the mission of helping our members meet their financial goals.

In 2021, an expansion allowed the credit union to begin serving anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Clackamas, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Washington, and Yamhill counties.

From these roots,Embold Credit Unionwas born.

Position Summary: The Member Advocate Floater will provide flexible, on-the-go banking support by filling in for absent staff across multiple branches or locations as needed.

This role is essential for delivering exceptional member service, managing day-to-day banking operations, and ensuring the smooth handling of financial transactions.

Responsibilities include interacting with members in-person and through various Credit Union technologies, such as phone systems, online chat, text, and email.

The Member Advocate Floater will be based out of our Oak Grove Branch and support other branches when necessary.

This position is eligible for mileage reimbursement.
