Senior Quality Engineer

Job Profile:


* Implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure that products and services meet or exceed quality standards, throughout the whole project cycle, for all mechanical assembly and testing of our solutions, from the integrator's yard to the customer's final site.


* Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with the quality requirements of the project and SE in order to guarantee the highest level of quality for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:


* Oversee the implementation of quality control measures during project execution, ensuring compliance with company standards and project specifications.


* Conduct inspections and audits of project sites, materials, and workmanship to identify any deviations or non-conformities.


* Develop and maintain project-specific quality control documentation, including inspection checklists, quality standards, and procedures.


* Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop corrective action plans.


* Monitor and track punch list items, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to project schedules.


* Train and educate project teams on quality control procedures and best practices.


* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements.


* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work progress and identify potential quality issues.


* Investigate and address any customer complaints related to project quality, implementing appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.


* Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement preventive measures.


* Stay updated with industry trends, project specifications, and regulations to ensure compliance and suggest improvements.


* Assist in supplier quality management and evaluation for project-related materials and services.

Role Qualifications:


* Electrical / Mechanical with minimul Bachelor degree.


* +5 years of experience in on-site mechanical assembly and electromechanical testing.


* Strong understanding of quality control principles, techniques, and methodologies in a project execution context.
