You will serve as a vital field leader driving high-quality residential, commercial, industrial, and federal flooring projects to completion.

This role grants you the autonomy to manage operations, mentor crews, and refine specialized skills while building a long-term career with a company that values your individual contributions.

You will take ownership of field execution and play a direct role in elevating team performance every day.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Lead daily field operations on concrete coatings and polishing projects to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.


* Plan equipment, layout tasks, and delegate daily responsibilities to keep crews organized and focused.


* Perform surface preparation, diamond grinding, epoxy application, and polished concrete procedures alongside your team.


* Inspect project stages continuously to catch potential coating issues early and maintain top-notch finishes.


* Coordinate material tracking and jobsite logisitics to keep work moving without unnecessary downtime.


* Train and mentor junior crew members on specialized application techniques and safe equipment operation.


* Resolve real-time field challenges and communicate project status effectively with general contractors and clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in concrete coatings, polished concrete, or surface preparation.


* Proven experience in a field leadership or supervisory role managing construction crews.


* Demonstrated ability to operate industrial floor grinders, dust containment systems, and specialty coating tools.


* Strong problem-solving and communication skills to navigate dynamic jobsite challenges efficiently.


* Willingness to travel up to 20% for designated project sites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Technical experience with resinous flooring, polyurea, urethanes, and joint repair systems.


* Proven track record of training and developing apprentices or field crew members.


* Deep knowledge of manufacturer application specifications for commercial and industrial jobs.
