Key Accountabilities/Deliverables: 


* File Maintenance and understanding of the submission and active account life 


* Maintain proper documentation of underwriting information 


* Development and understanding of the underwriting material  


* Familiarity with the construction industry 

 

Technical Knowledge and Understanding: 


* Financial Analysis 


* Strong organization skills 


* Attention to detail 


* Strong communication skills 


* Ability to work on a team 

 

Experience: 


* Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks 


* Must be pursuing a bachelors degree in finance, risk management and insurance or similar
