Supports and implements the local People Strategy / Functional HR Strategy and / or other strategic HR initiatives with respective business leader, and advises and supports the business management for (an) assigned organization(s).

This role will require 2-3 days on-site intheNewton, Massachusettslocation.

AsanHRCare Partner,you will:



* Champion a positive employee experience by promoting use of HR systems,policiesand processes.



* Provide consultative HR support to frontline managers, ensuring consistent application of company policies, practices, and procedures.



* Conduct local investigations under the guidance of Employee Relations and/or Legal, recommendappropriate resolutions, and support the implementation of corrective actions.



* Reinforce employee relations strategies that promote individual and team success.



* Execute and ensure compliance with HR programs and policies, including but not limited to affirmative action, anti-discrimination, health and safety, and federal/state regulations.



* Participate in special projects, HR initiatives, and cross-functional efforts aligned with business priorities.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:



* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencerequired



* 5years of Human Resources experience, with in-depth knowledge across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and management consultation.
