Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an A2R DPS Analyst in Taguig City.

The A2R DPS Analyst supports all financial processes within GSF scope related to the business transitions, divestitures and/or acquisitions projects.

The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, the ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management


* Support the deployment of specific finance projects with focus on the global services tier, including, supporting Operation teams as needed



* To complete the deployment plan, specific to the region or global process supported, for each GS / Finance Strategic Program that needs to be stood up in the region



* Accountable for a smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations



* Collaborator focus, adaptable to the needs of the business



* Accountable for issue and risk resolution & partner concern to management where required



* Handle interdependencies with other initiatives, local and global



* Ensure team members have the appropriate skills, supporting tools and technologies to enable them to deliver excellent customer service



* Provide leadership, mentor, training and guidance to team, so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard



* Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global design



* Optimally supervise multiple projects concurrently

Qualifications


* Education

A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Required

2 to 5 years of working experience in Finance

Project management experience desired

Deployment, solutions, organizational change experience desired

Familiar with General Finance Principles and Processes

May have responsibilities for managing indirect teams or contingent labor, as project needs arise
