We are searching for the best talent for: Product Manager Trauma & Power Tools

Purpose: Within the Marketing Organization, the Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of the Trauma, CMF, and PowerTools portfolio in the local market, ensuring alignment with global and regional (EMEA) guidelines while adapting to customer and market needs.

This role acts as a key bridge between Global/Regional teams, sales force, and customers, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring strong field execution.

The Product Manager is also the main internal and external reference for technical and clinical aspects of the portfolio.

In addition, the role plays a critical contribution to business growth by identifying market opportunities, leveraging customer insights, and building strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders (clinical and non-clinical) and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
