Your Day to Day


* Conduct market research and data analysis to support development opportunities across Vietnam and the wider region.


* Prepare presentations, pitch materials and proposals for potential hotel projects.


* Support the management of development data and track project progress.


* Assist with competitor analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions.


* Contribute to reports, case studies and ad‑hoc projects across the development team.

What We Need From You


* Currently in the final year of a degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality or a related field.


* Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of financial and business concepts.


* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.


* Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.


* Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
