Auto Parts Marketing Programs & CSC Coordinator

The Marketing Programs & CSC Coordinator combines marketing coordination with program administration and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, working with data and spreadsheet, communicating with customers and vendors, and keeping programs organized from start to finish.

This position is responsible for monitoring Access databases, promotional records, special marketing program materials, mailing lists, marketing premiums & rebates, and printing functions.

He or she provides excellent customer service to our external and internal customers.

and Crow Burlingame is made up of a corporate staff, wholesale auto parts and automotive paint store locations, and our warehouse division, Parts Warehouse Inc.

(PWI).

We employ over 1,400 employees, in twelve (12) states, working at approximately 220 locations, all operating in the aftermarket automotive parts, paint, and heavy-duty parts business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

* Coordinate day-to-day administration of the Certified Service Center (CSC) program.


* Process CSC applications, reimbursements, rebates, credits, invoices, and related program documentation.


* Respond to CSC and customer questions by phone and email.


* Assist with quarterly marketing promotions, sales contests, Counterperson Programs, Power Plays, QMAP, and other customer programs.


* Maintain spreadsheets, databases, program results, and supporting documentation.


* Coordinate gift cards, promotional incentives, prizes, and program fulfillment.


* Prepare routine marketing communications, letters, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.


* Assist with vendor reimbursement requests, marketing support documentation, and program billing.


* Coordinate routine website and promotional page updates.


* Assist with registration and administrative support for company events, contests, golf tournaments, car shows, and conferences.


* Review and process applicable invoices and payment requests.


* Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Accounting, vendors, stores, and other departments to ensure programs are completed accurately and on time.


* Provide general administrative and project support to the Marketing Department as needed.


* Assist the Marketing team on special projects.


* Maintain simple and complex databases through Access and/or other similar software packages.


* Ability to plan and prepare for major projects including but not limited to promotional premiums, rebate programs, our Shop Talk/Tool Talk materials, printing projects, catalog assembly and distribution.


* Ability to establish project plans, timelines, and goals.


* Uses computer to compile statistical data.
