Stage - Junior Project Manager (Global HR Program) - H/F

As part of a dynamic international HR team, you will contribute to the design, delivery, and evolution of Schneider Electric's employee listening program.

From global surveys to strategic projects that enhance how employee feedback informs decision-making, you will play an active role in helping create a workplace where employees can perform their best.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a large-scale global HR program, work with senior stakeholders, and develop valuable skills in project management, employee experience, communications, analytics, and change management.

The position is based in Rueil-Malmaison, France, within the Global HR Total Rewards & Performance organization.

What will you do?

Reporting to the VP, Employee Listening, you will join the team responsible for Schneider Electric's global employee listening strategy and programs.

You will collaborate with a diverse network of stakeholders across HR, People Analytics, Schneider Digital, Communications, and Engagement Partners.

Working alongside the Employee Listening Business Process Leader, you will:

Program Delivery


* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global employee listening initiatives, including our global engagement survey.


* Help manage key program milestones, timelines, communications, and stakeholder readiness activities.


* Coordinate activities with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and an excellent participant experience.


* Monitor and help respond to inquiries from HR teams and business stakeholders globally.

Project Management & Continuous Improvement


* Contribute to projects that enhance and evolve Schneider Electric's employee listening strategy, processes, tools, and governance.


* Assist with documentation, process mapping, governance materials, training resources, and knowledge management.


* Identify opportunities to simplify, innovate, and improve program effectiveness.

Communications & Stakeholder Engagement


* Develop presentations, communication materials, and storytelling assets for various audiences, including HR leaders and managers.


* Support global network of Employee Engagement Partners.


* Coordinate meetings, helping to prepare content and follow-up actions.

Insights & Employee Experience


* Collaborate with People Analytics and other teams to help transform employee feedback into meaningful insights.


* Gain exposure to how employee listening data supports business decision-making, leadership priorities, and organizational effectiveness.
