About the role:

What you will do:

We need our future intern's support in the following areas:


* Support the procurement team with day-to-day operations and maintain accurate data in procurement systems and tracking tools


* Assist in monitoring material shortages and help the team ensure timely resolution of supply issues


* Analyze procurement data, identify inconsistencies, and contribute to data quality improvement initiatives


* Support procurement leaders with KPI tracking, reporting, and scorecard preparation to monitor team performance


* Provide administrative and project support for ad hoc procurement activities and continuous improvement initiativesIf you are ready to learn and level up your career, join us!

What we need from you:


* Ongoing studies in a University in Hungary in the field of Supply Chain / Procurement / Business administration, Business Analytics


* Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status


* Strong English and Hungarian language knowledge are must haves (both fluent speaking and writing)


* You have confident digital skills, knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams with strong focus on Excel skills (ability to work with big data, mastering Vlook up and Pivot tables)


* Relevant work experience in Procurement/Supply Chain is considered as advantage


* To be successful in your new role, you will need good problem-solving and analytical skills


* For this position it is essential to be reliable and self-driven, have a proactive, open minded, willing to do attitude and good communicational skills

What we offer:



* Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 25-30, with a possibility of home office
