Compensation
Salary Range: $135,000.00 - $160,000.00 Annually

Overview

Supervises and directs the financial activities of the hotel, safeguards the assets, and prepares all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.

The Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Director of Finance to join our Executive Leadership Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a key business partner during an important period of transformation for the hotel.

As the property moves through a full renovation and into its next chapter, the Director of Finance will play a critical role in strengthening financial performance, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting sound business decisions across the organization.

The ideal candidate is more than an accounting leader-they are a business-minded operator who understands how financial strategy, operational execution, and strong leadership come together to drive hotel performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Executive Committee Responsibilities


* Ability to perform special financial analysis as needed and /or requested by General Manager and Corporate Office.


* Provide accurate financial reporting based on the HMA requirements.


* Provide timely and accurate communication with ownership group.


* Practical solutions from a cost vs.

benefits viewpoint.

Provide accurate policy interpretations.


* Actively participate in Executive Committee and staff meetings.


* Assist other managers in analyzing statements, distributions, and other financial data.


* Support and comply with property standards and Corporate SOP's.
