The Sr Commercial Counsel is assigned as the legal support/business counsel for the company's Endovascular Robotics (EVR) division based in Newton, MA, supporting business leaders and interacting with cross-functional stakeholders to proactively address legal topics and mitigate risk across a wide range of commercial and regulatory topics, including clinical trials, collaborations and procurement agreements.

As Sr.

Commercial Counsel, you will be responsible for:


* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements to meet business and legal requirements, including highly complex go-to-market agreements and agreements with other medical device manufacturers or other parties


* Drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements and accompany their execution to support development of new medical devices utilizing robotic technologies.


* Developing solutions which are compliant and serve the business need to support complicated business challenges.


* Serving as legal representative on EVR senior leadership team


* Partnering with different stakeholders (e.g.

Quality, Regulatory, Medical/Clinical, R&D, Operations, Compliance, HR, and Commercial teams) to proactively identify, address and mitigate legal risks and bring business forward.

Required skills to have for success in this role


* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.


* Active bar membership in at least one U.S.
