Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Master Data Management Operations to support master data processes for primarily for the Japan market.

This role will be based in Manila, Philippines.

As a member of the MDM Operations team, you will partner with business, data governance, and technology teams to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant master data services while supporting ongoing business initiatives and operational improvements.

This role provides the opportunity to contribute to business outcomes, strengthen data quality, and help evolve master data processes.

The Senior Analyst, Master Data Operations is responsible for executing and continuously improving master data processes.

Working within the Global Services operating model, this role serves as an execution partner to business partners, ensuring master data requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards and controls.

The position collaborates closely with business users, data governance teams, and technology partners to support day-to-day operations, readiness activities, process improvements, and new business requirements.

The Senior Analyst helps translate business needs into effective operational execution while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer experience.
