2027 Global Finance & Business Management - Summer Analyst (OH, IL, DE, TX)

As a Summer Analyst in the Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program, you'll collaborate with top-tier professionals to influence and shape key decisions, initiatives, and outcomes that support businesses across the firm; you'll have opportunities to make meaningful contributions through hands-on projects, applying analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, data-informed insights and analytical frameworks to identify trends, manage risk and improve business outcomes in a dynamic team environment.
This 9-week internship program delivers the training, mentorship, and exposure you need to succeed, including access to senior leaders, peer mentorship, and projects designed to engage your full skill set-spanning financial analysis, data interpretation, and critical thinking.
You'll be placed as a member on one of our finance teams where you'll work within one of the following functional groups: Business Management, Controller, Financial Analysis, and Project Management.
This role serves as a pipeline to the full-time Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program, upon successful completion of the internship, you may receive an offer to return as a Full-Time Analyst in the same location, (the full-time program is a two-year rotational experience consisting of two 12-month rotations across different functional groups and lines of business).

Job responsibilities
Business Management
* Act as a trusted advisor to business and group heads by identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks
* Optimize business performance by driving key initiatives supported by financial and data-driven insights
* Leverage reporting, metrics, and analytics to support strategic planning and execution
Controller
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements and controls across the transaction lifecycle
* Perform critical reporting and controls functions, including legal entity, financial and regulatory reporting, and product valuation
* Partner with stakeholders to enhance controls, transparency, and data quality
Financial Analysis
* Create meaningful financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support business strategy
* Coordinate with partners across the firm on budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
* Use data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting the business
