Position Overview:

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for the efficient and organized operation of warehouse activities.

This role involves handling and managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring a safe and clean working environment within the warehouse and supporting fleet operations.

The Warehouse Technician will collaborate with various departments to meet production and distribution goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.

Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

2.

Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Ensure that all outgoing shipments comply with shipping and documentation standards.

Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

3.

Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.

Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.

4.

Fleet Operations: Maintain required documentation and record management.

Perform routine maintenance and tracking of vehicle maintenance needs.

Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and movement based on operational needs.

5.

Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards.

Report and address any quality issues promptly.

6.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing warehouse activities.
