What you will do:

This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your career.

You will be in charge of the following aspects:


* Participation in establishing new accounting processes and streamlining existing ones


* Booking of vendor related invoices


* Participate in process digitalization in our tools


* Supporting all Procure to Pay related activities


* Support monthly Procure to Pay closing activities as needed


* Monthly and quarterly Balance reconciliation


* Purchase Order management

What we need from you:


* Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary, currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or relevant field


* Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status


* You have good knowledge of English (both written and spoken), working language proficiency in Hungarian is a must have


* Confident working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel


* Open-minded, flexible, with a problem-solving mindset and team-player attitude


* Good communication and organizational skills


* Familiarity with accounting systems like SAP ERP is advantageous


* Previous work experience in accounting is considered as a plus

* Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20-30 hours/week or more, with the possibility of home office, (1-2 times/week availability in the morning hours, flexible to your schedule)


* Gross salary: 2200 HUF/hour
