Senior Associate, Quotation Management - Services

Join our Quotation Management team and play a pivotal role in winning business through technically sound, commercially competitive proposals.

You'll analyze customer needs, optimize configurations, and deliver solutions that drive growth and profitability.

What will you do?


* Serve as a key partner to the U.S.

Services Sales organization by delivering timely, accurate, and competitive service quotations that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.


* Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Schneider Electric service offerings, products, pricing strategies, and quotation tools to effectively support the sales process.


* Prepare detailed, high-quality service quotes by translating customer requirements into accurate scopes of work, pricing structures, and technical solutions.


* Interpret customer specifications, drawings, and project requirements to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with Schneider Electric standards.


* Collaborate cross-functionally with the Services sellers and operations teams to validate scope, resolve technical considerations, and ensure quote completeness.


* Utilize internal systems such as SE Advantage and Bridge Front Office (bFO) to manage quote requests, track opportunities, and ensure data accuracy throughout the quotation lifecycle.


* Support multiple concurrent opportunities while meeting defined turnaround times and maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.


* Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment by working closely with Sales and Operations teams to achieve strategic goals and business objectives.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
