US Services Commercial Training Specialist

Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a US Services Commercial Training Specialist in support of our US Services Organization.

What do you get to do in this position?



* Lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive sales training strategy that aligns with business goals of the organization.


* Design programs and curriculum, partner with internal subject matter experts to achieve defined learning and development objectives helping to define competencies across all service sales lines of business.


* Then create an overall action plan that will enable the org, teams, and individuals to achieve the goals


* Work with the functional leaders to connect training and learning with evolving job descriptions to support strategic transformation using data and other feedback to identify performance, skill, knowledge gaps, and recommend training and development to drive individual, team, and organizational capability and performance improvement


* Work with offer and business development managers to build sales competency tracking tool.

Collaborate with HR and sales management to create a program that includes learning achievements and competency as part of career development
