About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable Analyst (Rebates, Claims & Deductions) to support the accurate processing and resolution of customer rebate requests, claims, deductions, and related account discrepancies.

This role is key to ensuring timely and accurate handling of rebate requests, in compliance with internal policies and customer agreements.

Key Responsibilities


* Review and validate customer rebate requests and supporting documentation.


* Ensure compliance with internal rebate policies and contractual terms.


* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to resolve discrepancies.


* Accurately record and track rebate transactions in the ERP system.

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.


* Experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Finance, Rebate Processing, Claims Management, Deductions Management, or related financial operations.


* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel.


* Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

The expected pay range is CAD 64,000 - CAD 96,000 per year.

This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
