Job Description:

• Assist in collecting, analyzing and providing infection and antibiotic usage data and trends to IP; consult on infection risk assessment and prevention control strategies; and implement evidenced-based infection prevention and control practices.

• As s i s t t he IP t o m ai n t a i n al l r e qu i r e d reports.

• Data entry of infor m at i on in t o required reports .

• E nsure t h a t i n- s e rv i c e s are s c h e du l e d t i m el y a nd po s t e d i n d e sign a t e d a r e a s .
