* HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution


* 5 years supervisory experience with increasing responsibilities in a manufacturing environment


* 3 years of experience in a technical role in a manufacturing environment


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:



* Bachelor's Degree


* Seven years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with increasing responsibilities.


* The ideal candidate will have a maintenance or engineering background with an aptitude for and experience in an operations-focused role with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize often competing initiatives or action items.


* Excellent communication skills


* Ability to build a strong team and lead through influence.


* Strong problem solving, judgment and critical thinking skills


* Strong analytical skills


* Experience/certification in lean principals


* Demonstrated record of making continuous improvements


* Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Oracle
