Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator - Pediatric Dental Office

Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!

As the first point of contact for our families, the Front Desk Coordinator plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient, parent, and guardian who visits our office.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-6:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM-3:30 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM-2:30 PM - must be available to work 2 Saturdays per month

Requirements


* Must be bilingual in Spanish and English


* High school diploma or equivalent required


* Previous experience in a professional, medical, or dental office with direct customer service experience preferred


* Ability to travel between locations as needed


* Strong customer service and communication skills


* Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor


* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment


* Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new programs and systems


* Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, team members, and management
