Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Business & Process Excellence Manager, located in Envigado, Colombia.

The Business & Process Excellence Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across DePuy Synthes by leading enterprise and functional process improvement initiatives.

This role partners closely with cross‑functional leaders to identify , analyze, and improve end‑to‑end business processes, enabling higher quality outcomes, improved efficiency, and sustainable performance.

The position offers the opportunity to make a visible impact by embedding a culture of continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities



* Lead the identification, analysis, and improvement of core business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.



* Partner with functional and regional leaders to translate business strategy into process excellence roadmaps and measurable improvement initiatives.



* Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to map current‑state processes, identify gaps, and design future‑state solutions.



* Drive standardization of processes, documentation, and performance metrics to improve quality, compliance, and efficiency.



* Manage and track process improvement projects, ensuring delivery against timelines, cost, and benefit targets.



* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and support data‑driven decisions.



* Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training, to ensure adoption of new processes.



* Coach and mentor team members and business partners on process excellence tools and best practices.
