Role summary - We are hiring MLL Site Services & Campus Technology Product Manager to lead technology strategy, roadmap, prioritization, delivery, and standards across our campuses.

You will define product direction, manage the technology portfolio and investments, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and repeatable campus solutions across design, construction, and operations.

Responsibilities


* Own product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Campus technology capabilities.


* Translate campus business needs into actionable technical requirements and acceptance criteria.


* Align priorities and outcomes with Manufacturing and J&J Technology Services leadership.


* Integrate technology requirements across the Design → Build → Operate lifecycle and ensure delivery of IT services through construction, commissioning and sustainment.


* Ensure solutions are repeatable and scalable across sites and regions.


* Maintain a consolidated view of the MLL Site services, Campus technology portfolio and investments; drive prioritization, trade-offs, transparency, and ROI/value tracking aligned to campus capital planning.


* Serve as the single point of coordination between campus stakeholders and J&J Technology Services delivery teams/partners to deliver integrated campus outcomes.


* Lead MLL site services operational excellence and project delivery, while serving as the team lead for local MLL team members.
