We are searching for the best talent for our Machine Operator I (8 openings across Shifts A, B, C, and D)

Purpose: Prepares, sets up, operates, monitors, and maintains manufacturing equipment used in intraocular lens production, including lathes, PEG equipment, cutting machines, microscopes, comparators, optical benches, and related measuring devices.

Ensures the safe and continuous flow of quality product by following approved procedures, monitoring equipment performance, completing required testing and documentation, and adjusting operating parameters within established specifications.

Works collaboratively across the manufacturing line and performs both repetitive and non-repetitive tasks in a regulated environment.

Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety and environmental requirements, quality standards, and departmental procedures while supporting site environmental objectives.
