Job Description:

The Senior Finance Analyst located in Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, and West Chester, PA will partner with end users and be responsible for the simplification and standardization of Commercial/IBP, Supply Chain, or Enterprise planning processes, via enabling technology enhancements, that will drive efficiencies across planning cycles.

This individual will also collaborate with extended core team of cross functional experts who will be accountable for driving the design, build, testing, and deployment of standardized Planning & Forecasting capabilities across DPS rate.

Extensive knowledge of financial forecasting processes is required as the proposed SigniFi process will impact all finance employees globally who are engaged in financial planning and analysis.

The individual must be able to work cross-functionally with various levels of the organization (e.g.

Directors, Managers, Analysts) across all regions to develop the global standard requirements for integrating respective planning models within EP&A.

Key Responsibilities:


* Active participation on a Squad, comprised of a global team of cross functional experts, in the end-to-end design, build, testing, and deployment of standardized Planning & Forecasting capabilities.


* Partner closely with end users and key project team members to understand and document integrated business requirements and ensure technical builds meet specifications for respective planning models


* Ensure cross-program interdependencies, conflicts, and challenges are transparently communicated to SigniFi program leadership & proactively work with respective stakeholders to implement controls & risk mitigations to resolve issues and keep project on track.
