Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Screening, Profiling & Inventory to join the Therapeutics Discovery Information Technology organization.

This role provides technology leadership for a critical scientific domain that enables discovery researchers to evaluate molecules, generate biological insights, and manage the materials, workflows, and data that support research decision-making across Therapeutics Discovery.

The successful candidate will partner closely with scientific stakeholders, technology teams, data teams, and external vendors to define product strategy, shape technology roadmaps, and deliver solutions that advance molecular screening, profiling, and compound logistics capabilities.

These capabilities play a foundational role in enabling the Design-Make-Test-Analyze (DMTA) cycle that drives modern therapeutic discovery.

As scientific approaches continue to evolve through increasing automation, digitalization, data-driven decision making, and emerging technologies, this role will help modernize the technology landscape supporting these capabilities.
