Job Description

Within the European Distribution Hubs in Beerse and La Louvière, the Engineering, Systems & Consumables team plays a key role in continuously improving warehouse operations through innovative engineering solutions and strong collaboration with Operations, Quality and IT/OT stakeholders.

To strengthen this team, we are looking for a System Support Specialist who will help ensure the reliability, continuity and compliant operation of warehouse-related systems within highly automated and regulated distribution environments.

This is an individual-contributor role focused on hands-on system support, controlled change implementation, stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities


* Provide technical and functional support for SAP eWM, eWMS and other warehouse execution and related IT/OT systems, ensuring system reliability, operational continuity, effective user support and timely resolution of incidents, requests and recurring issues in collaboration with Operations, IT, Quality and other relevant partners.


* Translate operational and business needs into structured system requirements and practical solutions, and support the intake, assessment, prioritization, risk evaluation and controlled implementation of system changes and enhancements.
