Francis Healthcare Center is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Full-Time NOC team.

As a CNA on the overnight shift, you'll play an important role in providing quality care and ensuring our residents are safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care.


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and repositioning.


* Monitor residents throughout the night and report any changes in condition to the licensed nurse.


* Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.


* Accurately document care and services provided.


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.


* Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.


* Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications


* Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification


* Compassionate and resident-focused approach


* Dependable, professional, and reliable


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Previous skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required


* Newly certified CNAs are welcome to apply
