Key Responsibilities


* Provide compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining residents' dignity, comfort, and independence.


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.


* Observe and report changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the nursing team.


* Respond promptly and courteously to resident call lights and requests.


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.


* Support meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.


* Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility policies and procedures.


* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver outstanding resident care.

Qualifications


* Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
